João Antônio Gomes
Head Chair
João Antônio is a second-year student at the London School of Economics, pursuing a BSc in History and Politics. He was born and raised in Brazil, but his interest in European affairs stems from his Portuguese and Italian heritage. Model UN has been an integral part of his academic journey for the last five years— he's had the incredible opportunity to wear many hats as a delegate, chair, and now as the Secretary-General of LSEMUN! Having spent the summer working in international development at the European Commission, he cannot wait to return to some of those topics with all of you.
Wieroo (Rue) Park
Co Chair
Rue is a 1st year English student at UCL, born in Seoul, South Korea and raised in Jeju Island. She has been active in MUN for the past 6 years, and have participated in around 30 conferences in Korea, Japan, Thailand, and the UK. She has served in roles ranging from delegate, chair, crisis director, and secretariat, and is excited to see what LYMUN 2024 has in store. Outside of MUN, she loves reading, painting, and spending too much time on Spotify.
