Harry Sun
Head Chair
Harry is currently reading his second Masters in Law after completing his first Masters in Litigation and Dispute Resolution at UCL, after which he will begin working as a trainee solicitor at a top city law firm based in London. Coming from Hong Kong, Harry is a passionate sailor, polo player and skiier. His first foray into the MUN world was when he attended Yale University’s Youth MUN conference, and he has taken up a keen interest in delegating and chairing within conferences since then. Harry believes that given the leaders of tomorrow are drawn from the talents of today, it is important to widen participation in activities like debating and MUN, which will in turn increase the inclusivity and representativeness of the politics of tomorrow. Fun fact: Harry once had 45 chicken wings in an hour, setting the record for his small town of Royal Leamington Spa.
Ike Idikakalu
Co Chair
Ike is a first year Politics & International Relations student at the University of Bristol, and first started Model UN while in sixth form in London. Falling in love with the activity, he spent much of his free time either in the school society, or trying (with limited success) to convince others of how amazing it is. In the rest of his spare time, he likes to cook good food, read good books, and argue pointlessly about anything vaguely about politics, geography, or economics. Ike was also an assistant chair last year, so he’s quite excited to chair this year!
