Until the payment of the delegate fee, your application will not be validated and may be rejected at any time. Please note that a refund is only available on request until the week after the invoice has been paid.
Please note that the Secretariat reserves any right to modify any component of the Conference (in particular elements mentioned on the website), and all Committee Offerings are currently tentative and the Secretariat reserves the right to add or remove quotas to various committees depending on the number of delegates registered for the conference, but we will endeavour our best to fulfil your preferences.
